Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka is Belarusian born in Minsk. Sergey Sabalenka (d. 2019) is her father, a hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born on 5 May 1998 in Minsk Belarus. Her twelve WTA singles titles include one Grand Slam, the 2023 Australian Open. Additionally, she's a fantastic doubles player she has two more Majors to this area, that include the US Open 2019 and the Australian Open 2021 won both together with Elise Mertens. Alongside her fellow Belgian tennis champion, the Belgian also took home the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami in 2019, thus completing an appearance in the Sunshine Double. The women's doubles had only four teams achieve this feat. The singles world ranking climbed again to its highest position on the 20th of January, 2023. In the same year, she was crowned the title in Melbourne, and after that was ranked number one on the planet in doubles. Dmitry Tursunov was her coach throughout 2018, up until the season ended in 2019. She also worked with him for a brief period before the year 2020 began. There was a brief collaboration with Dieter Kindlmann in August until September 2020. Antonio Dubrov has been her coach from 2020. Serena Williams & Maria Sharapova are her main inspirations.
